I believe that everyone has a password deep down inside of themselves. I work with my clients to find the key to unlocking that password so that they can fulfill their goals. I am enthusiastic about helping clients that experience a range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, family/relationship issues, grief, and other concerns that are hindering the growth they want to achieve. I aim to assist clients with a better understanding of the contributing factors behind their difficulties. Together, we will establish a safe space that encourages self-reflection, skill-building, goal setting, and education. My objective is to empower you to become the best version of yourself and to enhance your current and future relationships.
I have worked with individuals and families in a variety of treatment settings. My experience as a teacher, mentor, athletic coach, and Dean of Students has allowed me to distinguish the different developmental stages of children, particularly adolescent males. I have a dedicated interest in helping the youth to make constructive changes that allow them to reach goals that their confidence blocks them from obtaining. As a Practitioner working with families, I help clients make substantial changes that center around practical strategies and evidence-based practices that allow them to build strong, nourishing relationships.
