I work collaboratively with clients to create the experience in therapy that will be most conducive to growth, healing, and learning to cope with and accept life’s challenges. I have worked in the human service field for several years prior to becoming a clinical therapist including as a career coach, case manager, and rehabilitation counselor. I am certified in financial social work, where I work with clients to explore their relationship with money and how it impacts their overall well-being, relationships, and ability to reach their goals, financial or otherwise. I’ve received training in various treatment approaches and modalities including CBT, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness, and strive to utilize the tools that will best fit your plan and your goals. I welcome humor and creativity in therapy and look forward to meeting you and working together.
