ASHLEY SHELTON, M.A., M.S.
I am a third-year graduate student pursuing a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Stevenson University, as well as a registered psych associate. I have had training and experience working in a variety of settings with a diverse age range of clients, including children, adolescents, college students, and adults. I have experience conducting individual therapy and psychological assessments. I have a commitment and passion for a personalized and holistic approach to care that enhances each client’s well-being and fosters positive change. My clinical interests include working with teens and young adults navigating identity exploration, trauma, interpersonal relationships, social pressures, life transitions, and stress. I value creating a welcoming, safe, and supportive space while using a collaborative and integrative approach filled with acceptance, empathy, and cultural humility.
